Sally J. Musielak, of Sedona, died Feb. 7.
She was preceded in death by husband Ed; brother Ed; and sisters, Jeanne, Lorie and Billie.
She is survived by her daughter, Pamela [Bill] Klauser of Sedona and her son, Jerry Musielak of Bonita Springs, Fla.
A celebration of her life will be held Monday, Feb. 24, at 11 a.m. at St. John Vianney Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested for St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. John Vianney.
